Key Result Areas (KRA)
Inventory Control and Management
Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital.
Manage and maintain the organization material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles.
Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.Ensure medical materials are ready and available for use as and when required.
Provide routine management information on inventory performance by monitoring and evaluating consumables usage, costs and by evaluating material utilization and scrap.
Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory and minimize costs.Perform regular stock and inventory spot checks
Develop and implementing internal control measures in the store to ensure that mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted addressed and resolved.
Education: (Qualification): ideal candidate for this post must have a minimum academic qualification of (B.Sc) Pharmacology or Inventory Management Experience.
5 years relevant work experience preferably either in Pharmacy or Central Store
Excellent computer skills (spreadsheets, PowerPoint and word processing programs)
Salary in line with industry standard
