Job Title: COOPERATE STRATEGY & PLANNING MANAGER

The role is responsible for communicating the strategic business objectives with Senior Management and all team leads for better understanding, establishes and review key strategic priorities and translates them into achievable and quantifiable plans, management and development of business KPI’s in other to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and strategic objectives.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
Strategic Business Partnering
Reviews business strategies and determine what element of that strategy should be shared with employees for awareness, understand the objectives and make them efficient in their daily work activities.
Conduct market analysis to provide information about activities of competitors.
Work with Top management to develop company business strategy plans.
Meet regularly with the CEO to update him on how the business is performing and offer suggestions he/she believes will make the hospital stronger.
Efficiently manage the Corporate Strategy and Planning function within approved budget and resource allocation.
Function as an internal Corporate Strategy consultant to all groups within the business.
A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) degree in any relevant social science or business degree is required for this role.
5 to 10 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or Oil & Gas sector, three (3) of which must have been spent at managerial level.
A working knowledge of relevant Corporate Governance is required for this role.
Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CIPM,NIM and any other relevant bodies is required for this role
Knowledge of the Microsoft office package
Excellent communication, business presentation and people management skills.
Salary in line with industry standard
