Job Summary

The human resource department of Lily Hospitals Ltd is seeking applications from existing employees for the post of Credit Control Officer.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Authenticate all necessary document presented at all time
Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner vis-vis by phone, email or hard copy letter
Ensure compliance with credit with credit policy, procedures and service level agreements.
Maintain accurate records of all debt recovery efforts and communication with debtors.
Assist in profiling of all credit clients
Reconcile disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
Respond professionally to all internal and external queries.
Engage relevant stakeholders in bill reconciliation as required.

The Person(MALE ONLY)

Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors Degree (B.Sc.) in Business, Finance, and Accounting, Sciences, Economics or any related degree.
1 to 4 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health sector with at least 1 years experience in Account/Billing or Vetting role and in a comparable organisation.
Membership of professional finance and accounting bodies such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA is an added advantage for this role.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
Full working Knowledge of the Microsoft office package is required especially with spreadsheet software (Excel).
Excellent, negotiation, business analysis, communication and people management skills.
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills are required for this role.
