Certified to the requirement of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2009, her certification was revalidated to the requirement of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in 2011.The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
We became ASQ (American Society for Quality) in 2012. Also a member of Society for Quality in Healthcare (SQIN) since 2012.
We later collaborated with Creative Healthcare (COMPASS QMS) in the use of Balance Scorecard and Lean Six Sigma as Quality/Process Improvement Tools in 2013.
Lily hospitals is also in partnership with British Medical Journal (BMJ) in an effort to improve clinical care through Clinical Governance .
