Our Accreditations

We are accredited by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider and also to train house officers. We are also accredited by the National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria to train Residents in Family Medicine and Radiology.

Lily Hospitals started formally with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2008. Certified to the requirement of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2009, her certification was revalidated to the requirement of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System in 2011.The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.Lily Hospitals is the first to receive NIS ISO 9001:2000 certification in Nigeria.
We became certified byAmerican Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2012 and we have been a member of Society for Quality in Healthcare (SQIN) since 2012.

Lily Hospitals Limited later collaborated with Creative Healthcare (COMPASS Quality Management System) in the use of Balance Scorecard and Lean Six Sigma as Quality/Process Improvement Tools in 2013.In 2018 Tomas, a more robust, up to date and user friendly application replaced the COMPASS.We are in partnership with British Medical Journal (BMJ) group in an effort to improve clinical care through Clinical Governance.Lily Hospitals is the first to embrace the Clinical Governance Programme promoted by HRI-BMJWA.

The process interrelationship and necessary measures put in place to monitor process performance cum customer satisfaction has helped us to achieve process efficiency thereby allowing a high quality healthy system to be born.
